Colorway & Finish Dissatisfaction: If the colorway of the product you receive does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer an alternative solution. In such cases, MYCOAUDIO provides the option of store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Otherwise we can facilitate the exchange of the speaker set for another one in a colorway that aligns with your preferences.
3. Conditions for Returns:
To qualify for store credit or an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in unused and undamaged condition.
